Icekit opened her eyes and saw a stramge tom standing over her. She asked, " Where am I? Where is Dawnkit? " The strange tomcat purred at her and said, " You are in ThunderClan, but... " " But what? " " Dawnkit's.... your mother killed her. "
" No!!!! Why why why?! " " Hush, young one. I'm Jayfeather. " " I should have... but she was... " Then she saw her mother reach her claws over and slash her throat and she screamed.
